What restaurants does the resort have?
The hotel's main restaurant is a buffet-style restaurant, which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a snack bar, which normally has an à la carte snack service from 10.30 AM to 6.30 PM. In high season, the snack bar serves buffet-style meals and it occasionally opens for breakfast at 7.00 AM.
There are also four other à la carte restaurants: the El Pescador Restaurant, which serves fish and shellfish dishes; the Oriental Restaurant, which specializes in Asian food; the Orquídea Restaurant, which is famous as a gourmet restaurant serving international cuisine; and the Portofino Restaurant, dedicated to serving Italian food.
What kind of dishes are served in the restaurants?
The buffet's dishes tend to include highly varied international cuisine, such as: salads, mixed salads, fruit, pasta, rice dishes, vegetables, pulses, fish and meat. There is always a carvery dish (fish or meat), as well as short order dishes, such as pastas, pizzas, meat or fish. Desserts are always varied and include different kinds of ice cream. The buffet offers a theme dinner each night: Spanish, Mexican, Dominican, Caribbean, American and Italian food, as well as a gala dinner.
Are vegetarian meals available?
All buffet dishes are marked with a name, so that they can be easily identified. Should there be a specific need, you only have to get in touch with the Public Relations Department or the Executive Chef for any specific need.
Is there a waiting list for the à la carte restaurants?
Although there is no waiting list, it is advisable to book on arrival or on the following day in order to ensure the times available are to your taste. There is usually no problem, even in high season, to make the bookings included in your package.
Are meals for coeliacs and/or diabetics served?
Should you have any special needs in this regard, you only have to get in touch with the Public Relations Department or the Executive Chef, who will deal with your case personally.
