No. Should you need a doctor, there is a 24-hour service available which is alerted from reception.

There are three drugstores at a distance of only 300 meters from the hotel. There is always a drugstore open 24 hours a day in Puerto de la Cruz.

The hotel facilities allow disabled people to access them without any problems.

Do I need to vaccinate myself against any illnesses before traveling?
No, it is not necessary. No obligatory vaccinations are needed to travel to Tenerife.

Can I suffer any kind of food or water poisoning?
The hotel conducts monthly audits and runs all HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) to minimize any risks of intoxication. Tap water can be drunk. Its strong taste, however, makes it advisable to drink bottled water.

Is there anything I will not find in the hotel?
If you need something you cannot find in the hotel, the area is full of shops to cover any need.

What kind of clothing should I bring?
Comfortable clothing is recommended, as is a light coat for autumn and winter nights.

What type of sunscreen should I bring?

Yes, they cost between 2.75 euro and 3.85 euro depending on the brand, a very similar price to those of any shops in the streets.
