Upon filling in the Online Booking form, each holder of the data accepts and authorizes VIAJES GTI to use and to automatically process any personal data supplied in order to proceed with the booking requested and to make an offer of personalized products and services and to improve the commercial relationship with our customers. VIAJES GTI may likewise assign such data to companies making up Grupo Piñero, as well as to associated companies in the tourist, catering, hotel, travel agency, aviation, car rental and time sharing industries in Spain and abroad for the purposes set forth above. Any customers who make a booking are likewise informed that their personal and booking data shall be assigned to the companies that will have to intervene in the management of the booking and/or trip, as well as to the destination hotel, independently of the country in which such companies may be located. Upon filling in an application on the Job Offers section, each data holder accept and authorizes VIAJES GTI to use and automatically process his/her personal data and the information supplied to form part our personnel recruitment database with a view to entering into personnel recruitment processes at the different hotels and companies belonging to Grupo Piñero, as well as to the assignment of such data to the companies comprising Grupo Piñero and to associated companies in the tourist, leisure catering, hotel, travel agency, aviation, car rental and time sharing industries in Spain and abroad for the sole purpose of personnel recruitment. VIAJES GTI hereby informs data holders that they may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing to the person responsible for the data processing, the Human Resources Department of Grupo Piñero at the aforementioned address.
